Who you are buying from

Ambiance AirScents is operated by Ambiance AirScents Inc, of 1000 Legion Pl, Ste 900, Orlando, FL 32801, United States.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment and send you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because something is out of stock, or because the address cannot be delivered to — we will tell you and refund it in full.

We may decline an order. The reasons are the ordinary ones: we cannot verify the address, the payment cannot be taken, or the order looks fraudulent.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and postage, both of which are shown before you pay. Every price is calculated on our own servers at the moment you check out — what you are charged is what the catalogue says, not what was sent from your browser.

We may change prices at any time. A change never applies to an order already placed, and if you hold the refill benefit your price is fixed for its term — see the Refill Benefit.

What our fragrance descriptions mean

Some of our fragrances carry a line saying they were inspired by a designer scent or the atmosphere of a particular hotel. That is a description of a character we set out to evoke, and nothing more.

Our fragrances are our own compositions. They are not made by, licensed by, endorsed by, or connected with any brand named in such a description, and they are not copies or reproductions of any other product. All trademarks referred to remain the property of their respective owners, and are used only to describe a scent character.

What we do not claim

Our fragrances are for scenting rooms. We make no claim that any product treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any condition, improves health, or purifies air. If you have asthma, allergies, or a respiratory condition, or you are pregnant, use your own judgement about fragrance in your home and ask a doctor rather than us.

Keep fragrance oils away from children and pets, and use them only in an Ambiance diffuser. Using them in another device, or using another manufacturer’s oil in ours, is outside anything we can stand behind.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has reached your account, and we will help you secure it. We will never ask you for your password.

Using this site

The text, photographs and design on this site are ours. Please do not copy them for another shop. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the site — and if you find a security problem, please tell us at contact@ambianceairscents.com rather than demonstrating it.

Returns, shipping and the refill benefit

Liability and governing law
