Refill Benefit

The short version

• Buy Home & Car and every 500 ml refill costs you $99.00 instead of $129.00.
• For 12 months from the day you buy it.
• As many refills as you like — there is no limit and no quota.
• Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically. This is a price, not a subscription.

How you use it

Sign in, and it is already applied. There is no code to enter, nothing to remember and nothing to lose. The price you see on the fragrance page and at checkout is your price.

If you are not signed in, you are charged the ordinary $129.00 — the benefit belongs to your account, and an account is the only thing that can prove it is yours.

It is yours, and only yours

The benefit is attached to your account rather than issued as a coupon code, and that is deliberate. A code can be forwarded, screenshotted or posted somewhere public, and then the price you paid for is a price strangers are using. There is no code here to pass on.

For the same reason it cannot be transferred, sold or given to someone else, and it does not apply to an order placed as a guest.

What it covers

Every 500 ml refill, in any fragrance we sell — including ones published after you bought the combo. One bottle fills both the home diffuser and the car diffuser’s 20 ml flask.

It does not cover hardware. Diffusers are priced the same for everybody.

When it ends

12 months after you bought the combo, refills go back to $129.00. Your account shows the date the whole time, so it is never a surprise — and nothing is charged when it lapses, because nothing was recurring in the first place.

If the combo is refunded, the benefit ends with it. It was earned by that purchase; undoing the purchase undoes what it earned.

If we change the ordinary price

Your $99.00 is a price, not a discount percentage. If the list price of a refill moves during your year, yours does not move with it — you were promised a number, and the number is what you get.

Returns

A refill bought at the member price follows the same rules as any other bottle — see Shipping & Returns. An opened bottle cannot be returned, which is why samples are free before you choose a fragrance.

Sign in and your account shows the price and the date it runs to. If something looks wrong, write to contact@ambianceairscents.com or message us on WhatsApp — and if the benefit is not applying when it should, tell us before you order rather than after, so we can fix it rather than refund it.
